Logging happens inside an assigned nutrition plan. The day opens meal by meal: mark a meal eaten, skip it with a reason, replace an item, add extras, or log a meal that was not in the plan. The day closes with totals against that day's targets.

Tokens are credits that power the AI features. Because AI generation is computationally expensive, each AI action spends a small number of tokens instead of being unlimited. Every new account receives 5 free tokens on signup. On top of that, you can claim 1 free token per day, up to 5 free tokens every month. You can always see your balance and claim your tokens on the Tokens page inside the app.

Generating a full AI workout program costs 5 tokens. An AI body analysis costs 1 token. So your 5 free signup tokens are enough for one complete workout program or five body analyses to get started.

The 5 tokens granted at signup expire 30 days after you register, so it's best to try the AI features early. Daily claimed tokens are valid for the day you claim them. Your current balance and expiry dates are always shown on the Tokens page.

Can I import a training or nutrition plan I already have?

Yes. Upload a spreadsheet, PDF, Word document, photo or screenshot and AI turns it into an editable draft program, workout or nutrition. Up to 10 files, 20 MB in total, are read as a single program, so a multi-page plan can be uploaded in reading order. Importing from a link or pasted text is not supported. An import costs 3 tokens for the first file plus half a token for each additional file.

What happens if an AI import fails?

You are not charged. The tokens are returned to your balance and you can retry with different files. Nothing is added to your library until you review the result and confirm it.

Not a separate one. Sportwise is a website built mobile-first, so it works on any phone or tablet through the browser — no app store, no download, and nothing to keep updated. You can add it to your home screen for quick access. A dedicated iOS and Android app is not available yet.
