A ripe banana and fat-free Greek yogurt cover the spinach completely, so this tastes like a banana smoothie and not like salad. The chia and the yogurt are what make it hold you until lunch.

Steps
Pour the oat milk into the blender first. With the leaves at the bottom the blades spin in a pocket of air and chop nothing.
2 min
Add the yogurt, banana, spinach, chia and lemon juice and blend for 45 seconds, until no green flecks are left.
2 min
Drink it straight away. The chia keeps thickening, and in ten minutes it is a spoonable pudding.

Serving suggestion
Blend it with two ice cubes if the fruit is not cold.
Storage
Drink it fresh. It separates and thickens within the hour.
Notes
Frozen spinach works and blends smoother, but use half the weight — it is already wilted.
