Kefir instead of yogurt: thinner, sharper, and it drinks like a drink.

Prep 5 min
Kefir is already thin enough to blend without adding milk, and its sourness suits berries better than yogurt does. One teaspoon of honey is all the sweetening it needs; the flax adds fibre and about 5 g of fat.

Serving suggestion
Frozen berries make it cold and thick without ice.

Best fresh. It keeps a day in the fridge but separates — shake it before drinking.
Notes
Any berry mix works. Blackcurrant makes it noticeably sharper.
